Building on the success of last year’s event, the Royal Institute of Navigation are looking forward to Next Gen Nav 2024, which will be held on 24th October. This year, the event will take place at Bristol Robotics Laboratory, University of the West of England.
Calling all young researchers and early career innovators in positioning, navigation, timing and related systems and applications!
This event is designed to help you develop presentation skills, gain insights, build your network and share ideas and challenges within a friendly audience.
The best presentation on the day will be awarded the Prof David Last Tribute Fund to attend a major navigation conference next year.
Next Gen Nav events consist of short 10 minute presentations where participants will showcase their ideas and potential impact on the next generation of navigation.
RIN welcomes a diverse range of projects and you can be at any stage of your project to apply, even if it is just an idea. Talks are intended to be informal; providing an update to peers, stimulating ideas and building knowledge and understanding.
